Return Policy

AKGMANNATGEARS — Return eligibility, RMA requirements, refund timing, and important exclusions.

Return Eligibility (30 Days)

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.

• Item must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Item must not be installed, modified, or damaged.
• Return must include all original packaging, manuals, and included components.
• All returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

RMA Requirement

An RMA number is assigned specifically to your return and is used for internal tracking. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or returned to sender.

Non-Returnable Items

• Tools (all tools are considered non-returnable)
• Special-order / made-to-order items
• Items that have been installed, used, altered, or are not in resalable condition
• Clearance / final-sale items (where marked)

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless authorized by our team.
• No C.O.D. or freight-collect returns will be accepted.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number.
• AKGMANNATGEARS is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

• Refunds are typically issued within 48 business hours after the return is received and inspected.
• Once issued, refunds may take 2–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Credit is issued for merchandise only unless the error was ours.

Wrong / Missing / Damaged Items (Report Within 48 Hours)

• Please inspect your package upon receipt and confirm all items match your invoice.
• Shortages, incorrect items, or damaged parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
• Photos may be required to help us verify and resolve the issue quickly.

International Returns

• International orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• All international return shipping fees and any duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
