2. Order Cutoff Time

Order cutoff time is 3:00 PM (CT), Monday to Friday.

3. Order Processing Time

After receiving your order, we will process it within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. During this time, we verify the order details, prepare the product(s) for shipment, and complete the necessary handling process before dispatch.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, when available. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately and may take some time to update.

5. Delivery Time

Standard carrier transit time is typically 3–5 business days. The estimated total delivery time for most orders is 4–6 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier service.

6. Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on shipment size and destination. Express orders placed before 3:00 PM (CT) are typically shipped the same business day. Transit times for express services are calculated in business days.

7. Freight & Oversized Items

Some large or heavy automotive components may ship via LTL freight. Freight shipments require a complete shipping address and a valid phone number. Additional carrier charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or special delivery arrangements.

8. International Shipping

International shipping charges vary depending on destination, shipment size, and total package weight. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other related charges. If no shipping rate appears at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect shipment issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting our support team.
